As an OEM Key Account Manager at Valeo, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and profitable growth of our key accounts in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring our offers meet their expectations and requirements.

  • Business Acquisition: Lead the negotiation process with customers to secure business acquisitions and drive revenue growth.

  • Commercial Objectives: Achieve set commercial objectives, including growth, turnover, market share, order intake, price management, and project and plant profitability.

  • Budget Preparation: Prepare and manage annual budgets, including selling price index and order intake target lists.

  • Market Share Development: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to expand our market share with key customers.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • Experience: Proven experience in key account management or a similar role within the automotive industry.

  • Skills: Strong understanding of sales strategy development and execution, exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, ability to achieve commercial objectives and drive profitability, experience in budget preparation and financial reporting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Language: Fluency in English, German, and/or French.
