Electro Mobility Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Charge Point Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the deployment of electric vehicle charging points, ensuring timely and efficient installation.
- Manage the logistics of charging point maintenance and repairs, working closely with our technical teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring our charging infrastructure is operating at optimal levels.
- Relevant technical qualification (Bac +2/3) and significant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with experience of using a CRM system in a previous role.
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
