Electro Mobility Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Charge Point Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth deployment and operation of our electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the logistics of electric vehicle charging point installations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of equipment and services.
- Manage the deployment of charging points, including site surveys, installation, and commissioning.
- Provide technical support to customers, resolving any issues or queries related to charging point operation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of charging point operations with our business processes.
- Monitor and report on charging point performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, logistics) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of electric vehicle charging systems and logistics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
