Electro Mobility Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Charge Point Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth deployment and operation of our electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the logistics of charging point installations, including scheduling and managing third-party contractors.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of charging points to customers, including tracking and reporting on installation progress.
- Manage and resolve technical issues related to charging point installations and operations.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of charging point operations with other business processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, engineering, or business administration.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electric mobility or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with experience in using similar tools in a previous role.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers in this language.
