Axima Réfrigération France is seeking its future Key Account Manager - Industrial Refrigeration to be based in Nantes.

Reporting to the Service Director, your mission will be to:

1. Fidelity and Relationship Building

- Fidelity and relationship building with key accounts, with a focus on establishing a close relationship with a single contact person at each client (maintenance/trades)

2. Organizational and Decision-Making Structure

- Define and target a decision-making structure within the client organization to enable ARF teams to work smoothly on key accounts

3. Demand Management and Coordination

- Dispatch, coordinate, and follow up on requests with local contacts/agencies or services (mechanics/AERA/energy efficiency) (animate, organize, coordinate, manage, and control activity and follow-up)

4. Commercial Approach Strategy

- Define a commercial approach strategy in collaboration with the commercial director (how to interact with key accounts)

5. Reporting and Performance Monitoring

- Prepare a report on actions taken to be integrated into the Sales Force CRM and ensure client expectations regarding key account management are met

6. Performance and Objectives

- Ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives set for key accounts entrusted

7. Innovation and Anticipation

- Anticipate changes in the market and innovate

In terms of career development, you will have the opportunity to:

- Evolve in a transverse role within the Froid Industriel sector in the medium to long term

2. Take Charge of Strategic Key Accounts

- Take charge of one or more strategic key accounts (CA/client type/network scope to be managed)

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (BTS FED, DUT in Thermal Engineering, or a related field)

- Specialization in commerce or a related field

- Experience in BtoB client management

- Mastery of Microsoft Office tools

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to be impactful, convincing, and federating

- Adaptability and agility
