Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Insider. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving growth and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAAS, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce companies. You'll also need 5 years of management experience leading a team of sales and business development professionals.

Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to identify, approach, and close key customers. You'll also provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads.

Previous experience in the travel, eCommerce, and retail industries is a plus. Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking (English and French) are essential, as is an extensive portfolio of Digital, SEO, and SEM agencies.
