We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Plant Based Business Development Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in our company's transformation by developing and implementing a comprehensive plant-based strategy. This includes creating a strong presence in private label markets and working closely with our global sales director to support local markets.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer needs and trends, as well as the ability to interact with our plant-based teams to ensure technical feasibility. They will also be responsible for designing plant-based private label offers, supporting sales to customers, and delivering top-line and bottom-line objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing plant-based private label offers that meet consumer needs and trends
  • Supporting sales to customers by providing sales supports and accompanying key account managers in meetings
  • Delivering top-line and bottom-line objectives on plant-based private label offers

Requirements include:

  • 6-8 years of experience in sales and/or marketing
  • Good FMCG business knowledge
  • Strong project management skills
  • Persuasive communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to work in complex environments
  • Solid leadership and transversal management skills
  • Autonomy and ability to prioritize
  • Fluent English and German

Location: Suresnes, with frequent travels to the UK and DE.
