Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales programs with partners based on the "what to sell" sourcing plan. Collaborate with partners to plan and adjust customer and opportunity engagement models. Provide support to extend 3DS footprint with industry process experience engagements. Engage in key opportunities with partners involving process experts for joint engagement. Create action plans with partners to deploy new, customer-focused DS solutions.

Requirements:
  • Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in partner or direct sales selling software solutions into IEM, transportation, mobility, and aerospace industries.
  • Demonstrated success in value-based selling to deliver successful business outcomes for customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
