We are looking for a seasoned sales strategist to spearhead the growth of Apple-branded Accessories and Audio products across South Europe, collaborating with both new and established reseller partners.
**Role Overview**
In this position, you will be responsible for achieving revenue and growth objectives for Apple Accessories, including AirPods and Beats, within reseller channels in South Europe. You will champion the narrative of 'Why Apple-branded accessories' to carrier and retail accounts, promoting opportunities for incremental sales. Your role will involve crafting both short-term and long-term sales strategies for Accessories, AirPods, and Beats, while effectively communicating these priorities with the South Europe Hub and Central teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a diverse pipeline of partners, exploring new market routes.
- Design and negotiate assortments of key accessory SKUs tailored for each partner.
- Develop compelling customer experiences, including effective placement and merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to formulate demand generation strategies.
- Negotiate commercial terms and renew Accessory programs with partners.
- Lead a team of 5 Account Executives in executing worldwide rebate programs.
- Oversee the preparation of legal agreements and coordinate with operations for timely supply management.
- Partner with finance teams to build and review quarterly forecasts for Accessories, AirPods, and Beats.
- Support business planning initiatives to ensure robust strategies are in place.
- Prepare presentations and analyses to bolster sales initiatives and report progress to senior management.
- Cultivate relationships within Apple to enhance engagement with Accessories.
- Proactively seek opportunities to streamline processes and enhance understanding of accessories within the organization.
**Qualifications**

- Extensive experience in customer-facing sales or business development roles.
- Background in retail or telecommunications sales is preferred.
- Exceptional ability to convey strategic sales messages.
- Proven skills in managing customer relationships and overcoming objections.
- Strong presentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop cross-functional business processes for timely outcomes.
- Proficient analytical skills, particularly with Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with multicultural teams.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**
