Team Lead Sales Strategy

At AVIV Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Sales Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Strategy and Analytics team, you will play a critical role in driving commercial growth and optimizing sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance
- Lead a team of analysts to analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product, to develop and execute sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Proven experience in sales strategy and analytics, with a strong track record of driving commercial growth and improving sales performance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
