Fragrance Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Fragrance Development Manager to join our team at DSM. As a key member of our Body Care Fragrance Development team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of fragrances for consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage fragrance development projects for Body Care clients in Europe, with a focus on Poland and the UK.
- Partner with perfumers to design and create superior and differentiating fragrance solutions.
- Evaluate and develop new fragrance collections for Body Care, while generating sales and promoting successful collections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Body Care performance and synergies with other categories.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer insights to drive fragrance innovation.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve common objectives and share information.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Body Care evaluation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Agility, flexibility, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
