Shape the future of fragrances for consumer brands with DSM.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Fragrance Development Manager to partner with our perfumers to design superior and differentiating fragrance creation and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage fragrance solutions to meet client briefs and support sales for Body Care local clients in Europe, with a focus on Poland and UK countries.
- Generate fragrance solutions and olfactive visions for brands and categories, and defend and revitalize business.
- Evaluate and develop body care fragrance collections, and generate sales by promoting collections successfully.
- Partner with perfumers to guide them in their developments.
- Bring cross-category knowledge and information to enhance Body care performance and synergies with other categories.
- Maximize efficiency and impact by using internal tools, such as Consumer Insight and Technical Innovation tools.
- Develop in-depth market product knowledge in European Body care categories.
- Detect olfactive trends and needs for categories and turn them into concrete fragrance solutions.

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Body care evaluation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
