About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team at Trimble Transport & Logistics. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless support experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and diplomatic manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions.
- Develop and maintain procedural documentation to support customer support processes.
- Perform remote installations and troubleshooting on customer infrastructure.
- Escalate unresolved issues to internal partners as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Technical experience in IT or Telematics, with a focus on customer support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and remote desktop applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
