About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team at Trimble Transport & Logistics. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless support experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems, escalating complex issues to internal partners as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain procedural documentation to support customer support processes.
  • Perform remote installations and troubleshooting on customer infrastructure.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide expert support.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical experience in IT or Telematics, with a strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems.
  • Proficiency in remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in French and English, with a strong understanding of technical terminology.
