As an Account Manager, you'll be the key to driving client relationships and growth through a long-term, high-level partnership with IT directors.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strategic vision and build a privileged relationship with key client stakeholders within the C-suite.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client challenges and Capgemini's offerings that can address them.
  • Develop a commercial strategy per account (specific account plan, lobbying, approach strategy, key offers) and an annual growth plan.
  • Prospect, analyze client needs, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Organize and lead the commercial process for building offers and innovative topics.
  • Negotiate and defend complex, high-value offers with a strong team spirit.
  • Establish a privileged/partnership relationship with your client.
  • Contract and administratively follow up on sold and delivered services.
  • Monitor and maintain client satisfaction, the success of our commitments, and their profitability.
Your Profile:

We're looking for a graduate with a BAC+5 degree in business or engineering, preferably with a focus on business engineering.

You'll have at least 8 years of commercial experience, ideally in ESN sales for complex sales.

You'll possess strong relational skills, a strong sense of leadership, reliability, audacity, rigor, and autonomy.

You'll be able to lead and develop junior teams.

You'll be fluent in English.
