Our journey commenced with a collaboration with a leading hotel group, for which we are developing a centralized reservation system on a cloud-native architecture. We are also proud to support a prominent casino hotel chain on our platform, and we are expanding our product offerings through ongoing projects with major global hotel brands.
As a Technical Business Analyst within our diverse team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting new features that address the intricate needs of our clients and contribute to the realization of our platform vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize established procedures and guidelines while providing insights to influence decision-making processes. Propose new solutions and enhancements based on comprehensive analysis.
- Operate with a moderate level of supervision and guidance from management.
- Develop, maintain, and disseminate functional knowledge of our processes, services, and end-user product usage.
- Evaluate business requirements presented by Product Management.
- Conduct sizing specifications and validation tasks.
- Draft Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, and Product Specifications, while presenting functional walkthroughs to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various divisions to identify interactions with other Amadeus applications, ensuring functional compatibility.
- Assist in implementing the testing strategy and review test plans to ensure compliance with delivered functionalities and system integrity.
- Guarantee traceability of tests with specifications.
- Ensure production integrity by investigating, validating, and prioritizing reported incidents.
- Communicate effectively with Product Management, Project Management, Amadeus Customer Services, Implementation, Migration, and Development teams.
- Engage with clients during the phases of requirements gathering, functional specification, testing, and implementation.
- Participate in team events and support stakeholders by engaging in team ceremonies such as Agile forums and team meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Logical and analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with API technologies, preferably JSON REST.
- Knowledge of UML methodology is advantageous.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to various stakeholders.
- Capability to provide clear and concise reporting.
- Proactive approach to work.
