Sales Operations Manager

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and margin through effective demand planning, inventory management, and trend analysis. Your analytical skills and ability to analyze retail sales data will be essential in making strategic recommendations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance for assigned retail accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer-specific needs, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Regularly generate and analyze business performance reports, identifying critical insights and proactively addressing risks and opportunities.
  • Monitor and coordinate sales performance relative to promotional goals, collaborating with sales analysts to create accurate shipment and inventory forecasts.
  • Work closely with customer demand planning teams, the sales director/account manager, and sales analysts on forecasting, inventory management, order processing, and supply chain coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or retail operations within the consumer products industry.
  • Significant experience in multiple roles within sales, demand planning, or similar fields, preferably with major French retailers.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
