Join Mondelēz International as a Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Sales Operations Specialist to coordinate route planning, system capabilities, and tools management for our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and initiating customer and employee master data changes for sales, including data processing. You will also support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes, as well as the revision and development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes. Additionally, you will test system implementations and changes, working closely with sales and various internal departments and external service providers. If you have experience in customer service, logistics, or sales support, and possess basic knowledge of sales systems and tools, including SAP and MS Excel, we encourage you to apply. We are looking for a candidate with solid communication and problem-solving skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate route planning, system capabilities, and tools management for the sales team
  • Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales, including data processing
  • Support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes
  • Support the revision and development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes
  • Test system implementations and changes, working closely with sales and various internal departments and external service providers
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, logistics, or sales support
  • Basic knowledge of sales systems and tools, including SAP and MS Excel
  • Solid communication and problem-solving skills
