Samtec, a leading global manufacturer of electronic interconnect solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Engineer to join our team in Lyon, France. As a Field Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the technical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales objectives within the defined territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical needs and providing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in OEM sales in a technical industry.
  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Component sales experience in a technical industry.
  • Exceptional follow-up skills to achieve sales growth.
