As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of occupational health and social support initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass:
Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of occupational health services, employee well-being programs, workplace safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Provide expert guidance and support to the General Management and departmental teams on a wide range of HR matters.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, including workplace psychologists, disability managers, and department administrators.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance employee safety, well-being, and retention.
- Collaborate with employee representatives to conduct training sessions on occupational health and safety best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department by identifying areas for optimization and implementing effective solutions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
