About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Hemmersbach. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients.
Your Skills
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a strong command of the English language (B2 level).
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of IT maintenance and user support.
Your Tasks
In the context of on-site technical support, you will be responsible for conducting interventions with users. Leveraging your technical expertise, you will be proficient in the following areas:
- Desktop and laptop computers, tablets, and workstations.
- Telephones (both landline and mobile, including Android and iOS devices).
- Printers.
- IP addressing.
- Network peripherals.
- Active Directory.
- Support for VIP clients.
- SCCM.
- Ticketing tools (Service Now).
You will work with a ticketing tool such as Service Now or ITtool to:
- Remote system control.
- Installation of various software.
- Identification and resolution of system malfunctions.
- Hardware maintenance (screens, motherboards, etc.).
- Reinitialization of computers and hard drives.
- Data backup and restoration for users, system parameters, and administrative activities.
