Technical Pre-Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Pre-Sales Specialist to provide technical and commercial support to clients on innovative digital solutions. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pre-sales support to international customers, working collaboratively with our commercial teams to provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance to commercial teams on our Time and Sport ranges, including following up on sales processes and analyzing client requirements to propose the best solutions.
- Support commercial teams as a technical product expert, providing technical responses to clients, including diagrams and conformity lists.
- Analyze and respond to functional questions during the "appels d'offre"/"calls to tender" process.
- Propose adapted solutions to clients and participate in their presentation.
- Train clients, distributors, and key accounts on our product range of Time and Sports Timing solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electro-Mechanical, or a related field.
- Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to work in English and French.
- Excellent telephone communication skills, with the ability to lead training and respond to written technical requests.
- Organized, able to prioritize tasks, and possess a keen teamwork-oriented personality.
- Able to travel abroad 2-3 times a month for around a week in total.
