Head of Accounting and Financial Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Accounting and Financial Operations to join our team at Doctolib. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading our accounting and financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 12 accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of accounting and financial operations.
- Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
- Manage and analyze financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Supervise the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- At least 8 years of experience in accounting and financial operations, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting.
- Experience in managing a team of accounting professionals, with a proven track record of leadership and development.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
