The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients.
The Role
- Answer and route calls for our clients' customers within our software platform.
- Schedule appointments and enter customer information with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide a positive first impression and initial contact for our clients' customers.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 2 years of experience in an Admin Assistant role, preferably in the Professional Services industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong working knowledge of US cultural affinity and excellent diction for effective stakeholder communication.
- A strong networker and relationship builder with a goal-driven approach.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Fluent English with a neutral or appealing accent and excellent diction.
- 500+ connections on LinkedIn.
