The Role

You will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers, answering phones, routing calls, and scheduling appointments. As the initial point of contact, you will be the face of our company and play a critical role in building strong relationships with our clients and their customers.

Ideal Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in an Admin Assistant role, preferably in the Professional Services industry.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong working knowledge of ethics and US cultural affinity.
  • A strong networker and relationship builder.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Goal-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English with a neutral or appealing accent and excellent diction.
