AL Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join their team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales force team and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in inside sales and be able to communicate effectively in both English and French. They will also be immediately available and able to travel to Paris as needed.

The company offers a high hourly rate, a quick start, and a bonus scheme. This is a great opportunity for you to gain experience working with a leading pharmaceutical ingredient manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the sales force team to achieve sales targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.

- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in inside sales.

- Ability to communicate effectively in English and French.

- Immediately available.

- Ability to travel to Paris as needed.
