The Role of Sales Development Team Leader

In our Sales Team, we embody the principle of offering the best to the best. As a Sales Development Team Leader, you will collaborate with top-tier sales professionals and enhance your career through our comprehensive training programs. You will engage with world-class merchants and technology while leading a talented team.

This position is pivotal in shaping the team dynamics within the UKI and global Sales Development Teams. You will be responsible for managing a team of 6-8 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), primarily based in France, while also providing support to SDRs in other European regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of SDRs to surpass targets and drive pipeline growth across various segments and geographies.
  • Contribute to the global Sales Development leadership team, collaborating with regional leads and the Global Head of Sales Development.
  • Provide training and development for the SDR team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.
  • Oversee management and follow-up on inbound leads.
  • Initiate and drive outbound strategies in partnership with sales, marketing, and partnerships teams.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of the SDR team.
  • Empower SDRs to generate sustainable pipeline growth through innovative multi-channel strategies.
  • Ensure clarity and efficiency in SDR processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven leadership experience (2+ years) managing a team of 3 or more members.
  • Demonstrated success in Sales or Business Development (2+ years) with a focus on Enterprise B2B solutions.
  • Data-driven decision-maker who sets goals and drives organizational success while engaging in hands-on sales activities.
  • High energy, pragmatic, and creative in approach.
  • An empathetic leader who supports team members actively and manages change effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for collaboration with other offices.
  • Proficiency in both French and English is essential.
