We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Accor. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating interest, creating opportunities, and converting those opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and sell prospects to build business and maintain relationships with clients.
- Research and analyze sales options to identify business opportunities in the MICE segment.
- Maintain an up-to-date account and contact database to understand client requirements.
- Proactively seek knowledge of industry developments to enhance your skill set.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, and handle complaints or objections.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or university degree.
- Proven experience working as a Sales Executive or Sales Coordinator.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Fluent level of English language is a must.
- Proven record of meeting quota.
