Job Description

At Accor, we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will play a critical role in optimizing hotel profits and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic planning and collaborate with hotel profit generation teams to identify opportunities for incremental profit growth.
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue contribution and optimize pricing, promotions, and availability.
  • Manage and analyze revenue data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and measure digital marketing efforts and support hotel strategic marketing plans.
  • Oversee content management in all electronic channels and ensure regular updates of hotel information.
  • Maintain relationships with local market competitors and stay informed of trends and news.
  • Lead, coach, and manage team members to achieve exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in overseeing multi-hotel complexes.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Dynamic and results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Previous reservation experience and experience with revenue management systems preferred.
Physical Demands
  • This position requires the ability to focus attention on guest needs and remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
  • Occasional standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 20 lbs.
Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of revenue management experience.
