Revenue Management Director

At Accor, we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will play a critical role in optimizing hotel profits and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic planning and collaborate with hotel profit generation teams to identify opportunities for incremental profit growth.
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue contribution and optimize pricing, promotions, and availability.
- Manage and analyze revenue data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and measure digital marketing efforts and support hotel strategic marketing plans.
- Oversee content management in all electronic channels and ensure regular updates of hotel information.
- Maintain relationships with local market competitors and stay informed of trends and news.
- Lead, coach, and manage team members to achieve exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results.
- Strong experience in overseeing multi-hotel complexes.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Dynamic and results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Previous reservation experience and experience with revenue management systems preferred.
- This position requires the ability to focus attention on guest needs and remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
- Occasional standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 20 lbs.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of revenue management experience.
