Job Title: Associate Producer

We are seeking an experienced Associate Producer to join our Content Creation & Publishing Team at Bandai Namco Europe. As an Associate Producer, you will play a key role in the management of product development from concept to release date, supporting our Producers in driving the project forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with development teams to drive project progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support the management of project schedules, milestones, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal functional teams, including Marketing, QA, Localization, and Release Management.
  • Provide qualitative support to Producers by reviewing game builds, making comparative playthroughs, and liaising with QA.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of project reports and financial tracking.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project scope remains aligned with budget and schedule.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant or Associate Producer with significant responsibilities and on released titles.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience coordinating product development efforts with functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, design, engineering, or related discipline.
