We are seeking an experienced Associate Producer to join our Content Creation & Publishing Team. As an Associate Producer, you will play a key role in the management of product development from concept to release date, ensuring the successful launch of our headline IP, Little Nightmares.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Producers in managing product development efforts, including coordinating with development teams, internal functional teams, and publisher representatives.
- Manage project-related documents and schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, QA, Localization, Release Management, Engineering, Printed Materials, Operations, and other entities.
- Provide qualitative support to Producers by reviewing the game on multiple platforms, making comparative playthroughs, and liaising with QA.
- Support the creation and maintenance of detailed schedules, ensuring all project tasks are completed on time.
- Coordinate and track activities and assets to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the project stays within budget and schedule.
- Coordinate the build process and delivery of versions to QA, Localization, PR, and rating agencies.
- Support the evaluation and assessment of project quality during early development stages, making recommendations to the development team.
- Provide technical support to Marketing, liaising with studios for Marketing builds, and providing feedback on Marketing assets.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant or Associate Producer with significant responsibilities and on released titles.
- Experience coordinating product development efforts with functional teams, including Engineering, Localization, Printed Materials, Quality Assurance, Public Relations, Sales, and Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, design, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Good analyzing and summarizing capacity to identify and describe issues.
- Analytical and pragmatic capacities to ensure all tasks are duly completed.
- Strong initiative with a desire to learn and be challenged.
- Adaptation and flexibility to accommodate workload changes throughout the year.
- Calm under pressure.
- Strong team spirit.
- Curious and open-minded.
- Adequate communication and reporting skills.
Job location: Lyon, France. This position is not eligible for full remote work. Business trips are required at least once a month and abroad (Europe, US & Canada). Benefits include flexible working hours, 2 teleworking days per week, lunch vouchers, profit sharing, reimbursement of public transportation costs, and work council advantages.
