Job Description

Bandai Namco Europe is a leading global publisher and developer of entertainment content for platforms including all major video game consoles and PC.

We are the western content hub of Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. (BNEI), and are building our reputation with franchises such as LITTLE NIGHTMARESTM, THE DARK PICTURES ANTHOLOGY, and the upcoming UNKNOWN 9TM Awakening - developed by the recently acquired Reflector Entertainment based in Montreal, QC.

As a key member of our Content Creation and Publishing Team, you will work on our headline IP: Little Nightmares.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support our Producers with the management of product development from concept until release date.
  • Collaborate with development teams, internal functional teams, and publisher representatives.
  • Address concerns in a timely manner and maintain all project-related documents and schedules.
  • Take the leadership of some part of the game's production and/or collaborate with internal teams under the supervision of a Producer.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant or Associate Producer with significant responsibilities and on released titles.
  • Experience coordinating product development efforts with functional teams throughout a complete production cycle and across multiple studios.
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, design, engineering, or related discipline required.
