Job Title: Junior Associate Producer - Communication Specialist

BANDAI NAMCO Europe is a leading global publisher and developer of entertainment content for platforms including all major video game consoles and PC.

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Associate Producer - Communication Specialist to join our team in Lyon, France.

As a Junior Associate Producer - Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for communicating with our Japanese counterparts at Bandai Namco Entertainment Japan, providing Japanese-English communication support, and building and sustaining good relationships with our Japanese counterparts.

You will also be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating and tracking activities and assets, and ensuring that project tasks are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Japanese-English communication support
  • Build and sustain good relationships with Japanese counterparts
  • Manage multiple projects
  • Coordinate and track activities and assets
  • Ensure project tasks are completed on time

Requirements:

  • Native Japanese speaker or fully bilingual in Japanese
  • Bachelor's to Master's degree in languages, project management, communication, or videogame production
  • Previous experience as a project manager/coordinator, preferably in the videogames or software/entertainment industries
  • Japanese and English fluency in business and professional settings
  • Strong project management/coordination practices
