Our client, a leading Intellectual Property (IP) company in France, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Director to lead their growth initiatives in the IP sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the IP landscape, strong new business development skills, and a proven track record in driving business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze market data and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the IP or patent industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
