Inside Systems Engineer
Location: France
Position Overview: We are looking for an Inside Systems Engineer (ISE) to work closely with the Sales and Systems Engineering teams within a designated region. The ISE will primarily focus on delivering technical assistance to the sales force throughout the various phases of the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the technical assessment of potential sales opportunities
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison during client interactions
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of networking solutions and applications
  • Deliver post-sales training sessions to clients as required
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in technical or pre-sales support roles
  • Strong comprehension of LAN, WAN, and Internet service frameworks
  • Familiarity with Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, and related technologies
  • Experience with encryption and authentication methods
  • Exceptional communication abilities in English
Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required; a graduate degree is preferred.
