Inside Systems Engineer
Location: France
Position Overview: We are looking for an Inside Systems Engineer (ISE) to work closely with the Sales and Systems Engineering teams within a designated region. The ISE will primarily focus on delivering technical assistance to the sales force throughout the entire sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the technical assessment of potential sales opportunities
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison during client discussions
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of networking technologies and solutions
  • Conduct post-sales training sessions for clients as required
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in technical or pre-sales support roles
  • Comprehensive understanding of LAN, WAN, and Internet services
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, and Network Security
  • Experience with encryption and authentication methods
  • Exceptional communication skills in English
Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; a graduate degree is preferred.
