Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to join our Finance Team. As a key member of our Corporate Development team, you will be responsible for analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to identify potential acquisition targets, creating investment proposals for internal governance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify potential acquisition opportunities
  • Develop and present investment proposals to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Strategy Director, External Advisors, and other cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Provide financial analysis and support to the Onboarding Team and Finance Team
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in finance or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in Audit, Transaction Services, or M&A
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English, French, and Italian (Mandatory and Intermediate levels respectively)
