Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to join our team in Lyon or Madrid. As a key member of our M&A team, you will be responsible for supporting the sourcing, execution, and post-closing activities of acquisitions. Your primary focus will be on conducting strategic market analysis, profiling individual clinics, and providing overviews of the veterinary industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic market analysis to identify potential acquisition targets
  • Profile individual clinics to assess their potential for acquisition
  • Provide overviews of the veterinary industry to inform acquisition decisions
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data of potential acquisitions
  • Develop financial and valuation models to support acquisition proposals
  • Coordinate due diligence processes and assess due diligence outcomes
  • Update financial and valuation models to reflect new information
  • Coordinate signing and closing activities, and support clinic handover to AniCura functions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Advanced modeling and financial analysis skills
  • Strong commitment to ethical conduct and high ownership
  • Action-oriented with keen business acumen
  • Ability to work independently on diverse tasks and maintain relationships with stakeholders
