Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to join our Corporate Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic acquisitions and partnerships that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and assess their strategic fit with our business.
- Develop and maintain financial models and valuation analyses to support acquisition decisions.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Support the integration of acquired businesses and ensure a seamless transition of operations.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills, with experience working with financial data and software.
- Fluency in English and French, with intermediate-level proficiency in Italian.
