Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to join our Finance Team. As a key member of our Corporate Development team, you will be responsible for analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to identify potential acquisition opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial and operational data to evaluate potential acquisitions
  • Develop investment proposals for internal governance
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Strategy Director, External Advisors, and other stakeholders to drive strategic growth
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in finance or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in Audit, Transaction Services, or M&A
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English, French, and Italian
