Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to join our Finance Team. As a key member of our Corporate Development team, you will be responsible for analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to identify potential acquisition targets, creating investment proposals for internal governance, and supporting business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial and operational data to evaluate potential acquisition opportunities
  • Develop and present investment proposals to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives
  • Support the development of strategic plans and business cases for acquisitions
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in finance or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in audit, transaction services, or M&A
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English, French, and Italian
