Position Overview:

NES Fircroft is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in the EPCI sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchase requisitions and gather requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Conduct supplier benchmarking for projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and ethical standards.
  • Develop and validate lists of potential bidders.
  • Review budgets and required delivery timelines in alignment with project schedules.
  • Issue requests for proposals for materials, equipment, services, and subcontracting needs.
  • Solicit quotes, clarify pricing, and confirm deadlines, collaborating with technical teams for validation.
  • Negotiate contractual and commercial terms, including pricing guarantees and payment clauses.
  • Compile technical comparison data from engineers.
  • Create commercial comparison tables for management approval.
  • Coordinate with legal and contract teams during negotiations.

Contract Management:
  • Prepare contracts for validation by the procurement manager.
  • Generate purchase orders and initiate kickoff meetings.
  • Oversee order fulfillment through to commissioning, maintaining communication with project logistics and cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate inspections as necessary.
  • Verify supplier invoices for compliance and forward them to accounting.
  • Maintain supplier records in the database.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of Bac 2 education.
  • Background in Business School or Business Engineering.
  • Formal training in Purchasing.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Essential Skills:
  1. Proficiency in English.
  2. Experience in project procurement.
  3. Familiarity with the energy sector is advantageous.
  4. Technical background in general mechanics preferred.
  5. Strong negotiation skills.
  6. Proficient in ERP systems and office software.
  7. Knowledge of commercial law and customs regulations.
  8. Understanding of various tendering processes.
  9. Ability to work autonomously with strong organizational skills.
  10. Expertise in negotiation techniques.
  11. Competence in purchasing, inventory, and distribution management.
