We are seeking a talented Sous Chef Preparation to join our esteemed luxury cruise line, renowned for its exceptional fine dining experience. As a key member of our culinary team, you will have the opportunity to create memorable dining moments for our discerning guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage your own station in the main galley, crafting dishes that exceed our guests\' expectations across various onboard restaurants.
  • Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine and Senior Sous Chef to maintain the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Lead and support a small team of kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a similar role in luxury or 5-star establishments (cruise experience is preferred but not mandatory).
  • Fluency in English to effectively communicate with a diverse team and guests.
  • A readiness to comply with onboard requirements, including obtaining a C1D Visa, STCW certificate, medical examination, and Seaman\'s book (assistance may be provided for qualified candidates).
