Job Title: Sous Chef de Cuisine
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef de Cuisine to join our culinary team at Club Med. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef de Cuisine and replacing them as needed. You will also be responsible for administering orders and goods in collaboration with the Chef, Restaurant Manager, and Purchasing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Cuisine and replace them as needed.
- Administer orders and goods in collaboration with the Chef, Restaurant Manager, and Purchasing Manager.
- Manage a team of 15 people minimum.
- Supervise and attend buffets, ensuring they meet Club Med standards and applying hygiene and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or similar certification is compulsory.
- Fluent English is necessary.
- Relevant background with management experience is mandatory.
What We Offer:
Seasonal contract with a salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective). Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med, as well as other advantages connected with our Club Med group.
