We are seeking a talented Sous Chef Preparation to join our team on a luxury cruise line. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing your own station in the main galley, creating dishes that delight our guests across various onboard restaurants.

Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine and Senior Sous Chef to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation. Lead and support a small team of kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and upholding the highest standards of culinary excellence.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a similar role in luxury or 5-star establishments. Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate with a diverse team and guests.

Additional requirements include a readiness to comply with onboard requirements, including obtaining a C1D Visa, STCW certificate, medical examination, and Seaman's book.
