As a key member of the Galileo Global Education team, the Customer Office Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our campus facilities. This includes supervising the planning and coordination of outsourced activities, managing relations with site owners and the canteen company, and overseeing the administrative management of rental agreements.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the management of post office activities and the receipt and distribution of packages for students and staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and oversee activities related to the management of digital and physical archives of building practices.
- Manage the vehicle fleet and ensure the administrative management of all ongoing rental agreements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to plan and organize work and activities. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
