Customer Experience Manager

We're seeking a seasoned customer experience manager to join our team at Yassir. As Head of Customer Support, you'll be responsible for building a global customer support organization that delivers exceptional service to our customers.

With a strong background in customer support, you'll be responsible for setting and enforcing high quality standards, building an efficient support machine, and ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase first contact resolution to 80% within one 8-hour shift.
  • Building a knowledge-driven organization that makes decisions based on hard evidence.

Requirements include at least 5 years of customer support experience, with at least 2 years in a hands-on customer support management role. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must, with French being a plus.
