About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Cloud Security Posture Management team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5+ backend engineers and working closely with cross-functional teams to build and deliver a world-class security product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of engineers and provide guidance on technical direction and priorities.
  • Work closely with product management and other engineering teams to define product roadmap and priorities.
  • Contribute to the development of the Cloud Security Posture Management product, including adding functionality and debugging issues.
  • Collaborate with customers and partners to gather feedback and input on product features and direction.
  • Help drive a culture of high performance and innovation within the team.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of software development experience and a strong technical background.
  • Direct people management experience or a strong desire to develop as an engineering leader.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in multiple programming languages and a strong understanding of cloud security posture management.
