About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Cloud Security Posture Management team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5+ backend engineers and working closely with cross-functional teams to build and deliver a world-class security product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of backend engineers and provide guidance on technical direction and priorities.
  • Collaborate with product management, design, and other engineering teams to define and deliver product features.
  • Work closely with customers to gather feedback and requirements for our product.
  • Contribute to the development of our Cloud Security Posture Management product, adding functionality and debugging issues.
  • Help foster a high-performance and fun culture within the team.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of software development experience and a strong technical background.
  • Direct people management experience or a strong desire to develop as an engineering leader.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment and a strong desire to drive outcomes.
