Cloud Security Posture Management Team Lead

At Datadog, we're seeking an experienced Cloud Security Posture Management Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of backend engineers and working closely with other teams to build the best security product in the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of 5+ backend engineers and work closely with other teams to build the best security product in the market.
- Contribute to the development of our Cloud Security Posture Management product, adding functionality and debugging issues.
- Work with and mentor engineers on your team, fostering a high-performance and fun culture.
- Join our product manager and other engineers in working closely with partner customers to get early feedback on features we're building.
- Help us continue to raise the bar on the quality of our code and the stability of our services.
- Great communication skills, emotional intelligence, and skills at collaborating with and coaching folks from different cultures.
- Direct people management experience or a strong desire to develop as an engineering leader.
- Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and finds ways to drive outcomes working with key stakeholders.
- Technical polyglot that can work across various stacks and languages, including high-volume, distributed systems.
